Justin is the owner and Head Trainer of Iron Will. Opening in 2015, Iron Will’s goal was to provide a private fitness facility for clients looking to lose weight, build muscle, and reach their specific goals in a non-intimidating environment where they feel comfortable learning and improving their fitness levels outside of the commercial gym setting.
His past experience working in health clubs lead Justin to find a crowd of hard working folks looking to reach big goals that just wanted to get a good sweat in before or after work, without the hassle and crowd of large health clubs. He found they didn’t want to pay for all the “extra” things that they didn’t need or want at a gym in order to do that.
At Iron Will you only pay for the services you are interested in using. Since opening one of the best gym in Lexington KY, Justin has helped many clients reach their fitness goals and achieve their best fitness levels by losing body fat and gaining lean muscle, and in some cases even getting off medications.
Eric is the Transformation Program Director at Iron Will. His focus is helping clients with body recomposition, weight loss, strength training and healthy lifestyle habits. He has had his own transformation of lifestyle habits and loves getting other people on their own path too! He is a strong believer in small steps for big changes and is an advocate for eyes on the path to arrive at the destination.
Beyond his fitness expertise, Eric has a diverse and exciting background. He is a Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, graduate, boasting culinary and baking experience acquired from kitchens all around the world.
Eric’s culinary skills now extend to creating delicious, nutritious meals that perfectly align with his clients’ macro goals. His rich work and life experiences, combined with his extensive training, make him a trusted guide for those seeking positive lifestyle changes.
With his knowledge, dedication, and love for making fitness and nutrition enjoyable, Eric is committed to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals, one step at a time.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and am currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Kentucky with plans of becoming a Registered Dietitian.
I believe in combining good nutritional practices with consistent exercise habits to achieve the best outcome possible. My passion revolves around nutrition and exercise.
I love assisting others in body composition goals, as well as helping others feel healthier and more confident in themselves through selective exercise and proper nutrition tracking.
I have personal experience and admirations in strength training & hypertrophy, but have a passion for helping people reach their own personal goals no matter what those may be.
Benjamin received his massage therapy degree in 2006, a year after obtaining his BFA and completing the first of his commissioned life-size bronze sculptures.

Benjamin’s massage techniques combine Body Patterning, Lomilomi† and Vedic Thai to focus on muscle fiber restoration at any depth/pressure, neuromuscular homeostasis and postural revision, while conducting in concert stretching, lymph drainage and myofascial release.
Jelani is a ISSA certified Personal Trainer with 12 years of training experience. He has experience in all areas of fitness with all ages and especially loves working with athletes.
Jelani is also a professional athlete. Spending time in the Fan Controlled Football League, Indoor Football League, had tryouts with the Canadian Football League and recently had a tryout with the XFL. In addition to training and playing, Jelani is also a high school football coach in Lexington.

Coach Tyuan is a NASM and EXOS certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, IYCA Youth Fitness Specialist, and PN1 nutrition coach. Who has been training Youth to adults for about 5 years now.
He has a huge passion for working with Athletes of all ages who want to be Elite in life and at their sport.
He also loves training Women and Men who want to Look and feel their best.

He believes moving in the way nature intended is ultimately the best way to alleviate pain and enhance movement throughout everyday life.
