Justin Martin

Owner and Head Trainer

Justin is the owner and Head Trainer of Iron Will. Opening in 2015, Iron Will’s goal was to provide a private fitness facility for clients looking to lose weight, build muscle, and reach their specific goals in a non-intimidating environment where they feel comfortable learning and improving their fitness levels outside of the commercial gym setting.


His past experience working in health clubs lead Justin to find a crowd of hard working folks that just wanted to get a good sweat in before or after work.


He found they didn’t want to pay for all the “extra” things that they didn’t need or want at a gym in order to do that. At Iron Will you only pay for the services you are interested in using, like private or semi-private sessions with a personal trainer and meal plans. Since opening Iron Will Justin has helped many clients reach their fitness goals and achieve their best fitness levels by losing body fat and gaining lean muscle, and in some cases even getting off medications.

Jason Irvin

NASM certified Personal Trainer

Jason is an NASM certified Personal Trainer who has 24 years of exercise experience. He specializes in circuit style training for all levels to increase strength, burn fat, and tone muscle.


He enjoys working with men and women of all ages and fitness levels, to help them reach their full fitness potential in a non-intimidating environment.


Jason has a passion for mixed martial arts and in his own time practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When he is not working out or training he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Jatyuan Landing

NASM certified Personal Trainer

Coach Tyuan is a NASM and EXOS certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, IYCA Youth Fitness Specialist, and PN1 nutrition coach. Who has been training Youth to adults for about 5 years now.


He has a huge passion for working with Athletes of all ages who want to be Elite in life and at their sport. He also loves training Women and Men who want to Look and feel their best.


Coach Tyuan Focuses on strengthening connective tissue. He believes moving in the way nature intended is ultimately the best way to alleviate pain and enhance movement throughout everyday life.

Charles Minars

Head Instructor of C.O.B.R.A. Self Defense

Charles Minars (pictured on the left) has studied and taught Budo, modern Japanese martial arts, since the 80s. With over 30 years of martial arts experience, Charles has learned Taekwando, Karate, Aiki-bokken, Aikido, Kenjutsu, Aikido, and more.


Charles owes most of his successes to the mental and physical disciplines that life in the dojo has given him. In his training, he focuses on two things in Martial Arts that often get overlooked: violent crime prevention and self-defense. Charles now offers his world-renowned self-defense system to Kentuckians in the Lexington area to improve and empower their lives.

Noelle Canon

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Noelle is a NASM certified personal trainer and currently studying to become earn her nutrition certification. Noelle focuses on long-term health and wellness with her clients, building sustainable and progressive routines. Noelle believes the best investment you can make is investing in yourself.

Noelle is very passionate about gut health. She creates new fermented food recipes. In her free time, she enjoys calisthenics and cycling.

Martin Moesgaard

Master’s in Exercise and Sports Science

Martin specializes in spine and joint mobility, coordination and reaction time training, small group training.

He considers it a good day when he can help someone reach their fitness goals, or increase the amount of movement in their every day life.

He likes it when a client comes in for a specific reason, for example, weight loss and/or muscle gain, but stays because they come to love and appreciate the workout.

Right now, he really enjoy training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, doing coordination drills, moving on all fours, and functional strength training.
