Early morning Bootcamp classes are offered as a very affordable add on option to your personal training or group fitness package. If you have a goal of fat loss or want to improve your overall physique, this may be for you! Bootcamp classes last for 30 minutes, and you will be moving the entire time, so bring your water bottle and towel!

The classes entail explosive body weight moves, flipping tires, sledgehammer swings, kettlebell, battle ropes, jump rope and more! This short intense workout designed to:

  • Increase heart rate
  • Burn fat
  • Blast the core
  • Improve stamina

Do you have physical limitations, but want to attend a bootcamp class to reach your goals? No Problem! There are different types of classes offered for clients of all fitness levels, and all moves are modifiable!

*To qualify for a class, a purchase of a minimum of four classes or PT sessions per month is required*
