The smaller class size will allow clients to develop stronger bonds with other members of their class as well as their trainer. When a person who does not have the motivation for exercise or the education in body mechanics works out with people who can empathize with their struggles, it creates a trust in the instructor as well as develops friendships with people of similar backgrounds. It also creates a fun way for people who love fitness to workout with their friends in a fun environment.

Personal Training

Private Group Personal Training

Do you need an affordable add on to your Group Class or Personal Training regimen?  Do you want to maximize your results and really work on toning the mid section? Do you like to get a quick sweat in before work to really release endorphins and get you ready for a big day at the office?  Bootcamp may be a great add on option you want to persue.  We will be using our bodies as resistance to get a great short, intense, effective workout in while your colleagues are still sleeping!

A minimum purchase of 4 group class or personal training sessions per month is required to participate in a bootcamp class.

Iron Will’s functional exercise workouts are taught through the use of dumbells, kettlebells, cables, resistance bands, battle ropes, TRX suspension bands, tires, sleds, sledgehammers, and multi functional machines.

Free Group Class/PT Sessions

(Available in Group and PT only)

  • One month packages exceeding 10 sessions will receive 1 free session
  • Two month packages exceeding 15 sessions will receive 3 free sessions, and 24 session purchase receives 4 free sessions, bringing the overall value per session down to around $15.50 for class and $24 for PT.
  • Three month packages exceeding 24 sessions will receive 5 free sessions bringing the overall value per session down to under $15 per session for class and just over $23 for PT.
  • 36 SESSIONS RECEIVE 7 FREE SESSIONS, bringing the overall value per session down to just over $13 for class and $20 for PT!
  • Refer a friend and add 1 free session to your package
