Trainers Bio

Justin is the owner and Head Trainer of Iron Will.  He opened in 2015 with the goal of providing a private fitness facility for clients looking to lose weight, build muscle, and reach their specific goals in a non intimidating environment where they feel comfortable learning and improving their fitness levels outside of the commercial gym setting.  His past experience working in health clubs lead Justin to find a crowd of hard working folks that just wanted to get a good sweat in before or after work.

He found they didn’t want to pay for all the “extra” things that they didn’t need or want at a gym in order to do that. At Iron Will you only pay for the services you are interested in using, like private or semi private sessions with a personal trainer and meal plans. Since opening Iron Will Justin has helped many clients reach their fitness goals and achieve their best fitness levels by losing body fat and gaining lean muscle, and in some cases even getting off medications.

Jason is an NASM certified Personal Trainer who has 24 years of exercise experience. He specializes in circuit style training for all levels to increase strength, burn fat, and tone muscle.

He enjoys working with men and women of all ages and fitness levels, to help them reach their full fitness potential in a non-intimidating environment.

Jason has a passion for mixed martial arts and in his own time practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When he is not working out or training he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Chris is an ACE certified personal trainer with almost 3 years of experience. He is also a certified yoga instructor under Yoga Alliance. After graduating from UK, and then spending years climbing the corporate ladder, Chris realized he needed to get out from behind the desk and commit to his passion of motivating others toward fitness and wellness.

Focusing on functional and mindful movement, Chris is comfortable working with all body types, genders, and ages. When not in the gym or on the mat, he enjoys playing board games and spending time with his friends and family.

Phoebe Nguyen is a NETA certified personal trainer with 4 years training experience. Her main emphasis is in building strength and functional movement inside and outside of the gym.

Beyond the goal of building full body power and strength, Phoebe’s approach in working with clients also includes working with mindfulness and personal awareness, as the body cross intersects with the mind and the spirit.

Phoebe believes strongly that fitness is more about what your body can do for you and less to do with how it looks. Building strength empowers you in many areas of your life, not just the physical.
