Small Group Fitness

Small Group Fitness classes are the focal point of Iron Will Fitness Studio. At Iron Will Fitness Studio classes are small in size holding fewer than ten people per class.  The smaller class size will allow clients to develop stronger bonds with other members of their class as well as their trainer.  When a person who does not have the motivation for exercise or the education in body mechanics, works out with people who can empathize with their struggles, it creates a trust in the instructor as well as develops friendships with people of similar backgrounds. 

It also creates a fun way for people who love fitness to workout with their friends in a judgement free environment.  At Iron Will Fitness Studio our Group Fitness classes helps our wide variety of clients to acheive just that.  Taught by Justin Martin, a certified personal trainer, Group Fitness classes will encourage clients to find a class with people of similar goals and fitness ranges who can cheer for and encourage each other to keep working toward their fitness goals and hold each other accountable in and out of the gym!
