At Iron Will Fitness Studio early morning bootcamp classes are offered as a very affordable add on option to your personal training or group fitness package. If you have a goal of fat loss or want to improve your overall physique, bootcamp may be for you! Bootcamp classes last for 30 minutes, and we will be moving the entire time, so bring your water bottle and towel!
Bootcamp classes entail explosive body weight moves, in short intense workouts designed to:
- increase heart rate
- burn fat
- blast the core
- body weight workouts

To qualify for a bootcamp class, a purchase of a minimum of four classes or PT sessions per month is requred
